Read this, the guy who recommended that we just have the ability to sack at will, was making recommendations he pulled out of the air. WHo’d a thunk it. My favourite line in this article is ‘But there were more than 20 recommendations, most of which have been implemented and that wouldn’t have happened if I hadn’t written it’.
